Tuesdays 6pm – 7.15pm : An Iyengar yoga class for all levels.
Yoga works on each individual for their growth and betterment – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Through the practice of physical postures (called asanas) one develops strength, mobility and stability, and makes the body a firm foundation for the practice of meditation.
Classes run in five week cycles, for early 2018 the dates are as follows:
January Cycle: Starts 9th January 2018
February Cycle: Starts 13th February
March Cycle: Starts March 20th
Fee for five week cycle:
€50 unwaged or student
€14/€12 (unwaged or student) ‘Drop-in’ rate – for those some experience of yoga practice – if you can’t make every week but still want to stay flexi!

Class size limited to 8 people.
All class fees are donated to the Centre.
Recommendations before attending:
Wear suitable clothing that will not impede your movement.
Do not eat a large amount of food directly before the class.
Arrive in good time so that you won’t be hurried or disturb the beginning of the class.
If possible, please bring a yoga mat.
Classes taught by Caitriona and Matthew – certified Iyengar yoga teachers.
