Summer Retreat Days

Monday 26th August – Saturday 31st August 

Take some time out for Meditation and Contemplation.

 

Daily Programme: 

10am – 10.30am Guided Meditation

10.30am – 11am Calm Abiding

11am – 11.30am break

11.30am – 12am Dharma Talk

12.am – 1pm Calm Abiding

1pm – 2pm Lunch break

2pm – 3pm Calm Abiding

3pm – 3.30pm Walking Meditation

3.30pm – 4pm break

4pm – 5 pm Calm Abiding / Prayers

 

You can come for the whole week or for as many days as you wish.

But once you’ve decided for a day, please stay for all of it. This is important to maintain the space and concentration for yourself and others.
