“Ways of Seeing: The Buddhist approach to living in an age of turmoil”.

After a long absence we are delighted to have Donal back in the Centre, where he will give a short course on Buddhist views over a series of Tuesday evenings. This will involve mainly study and contemplation along with some meditation.

Donal Creedon, a Dublin native, is a meditation teacher with many years experience, loved and deeply appreciated for his warmth, openness and sincerity. Donal has spent 12 years in retreat and has studied with teachers of the Kagyu Lineage for many years.
