Dear Friends,

Just to let you know that the Office will be closed during the month of August and will reopen Monday 2nd September. During this time you can still send emails or leave voice messages, and we will deal with them on our return.

A limited practice schedule will remain in place during the month of August, as follows:

Mondays Meditation (Shinay) 6.30pm – 7.30pm

Tuesdays Introductory Sessions 7.30pm – 8.45pm

Wednesdays Chenrezi Puja 6.30pm – 7.30pm

There will be no meditation classes during August, these will resume Wednesday 11th September.

Yoga classes resume Tuesday 3rd September at 6pm and Thursday 5th at 7.30pm – see our Events page for booking info.
