We are delighted to announce that Donal Creedon will lead this ‘building a stable practice’ session on Saturday 12th January. Taking time out from his very busy schedule, Donal will give an overview of one of the Five Poisons, Ignorance – and how it blinds us to our true nature, from an experiential point of view.
All are welcome to attend this session, no need to be Buddhist to attend or to even be familiar with the Five Poisons (these are taught on Saturdays at 12pm – see our Regular Programme page for details and updates).
