We are delighted to have Thubten back in Dublin. Over the weekend he will share his experience of meditation and practice, and how it can benefit our daily life. On Sunday 22nd October the teachings will provide advice on how to maintain a daily practice both on and off the cushion, as well as how to bring deeper inspiration and motivation to our path.

Often we can fall into feeling ‘jaded’ or we become undisciplined in our practice. These teachings will aim to re-energise our path, with practical tips for building a positive, compassionate and fearless motivation. There will be instructions on how to generate joy and deep appreciation, as well as how to being difficulties and obstacles onto the path.

Suggested donation €35 (includes simple lunch) – donations go towards the cost of bringing teachers such as Thubten to Dublin.

Both days of the weekend are suitable for people of all levels, Buddhists and non-Buddhist alike. People may wish to attend one or both days.

Book your place on 01 4537427 or email info@buddhism.ie
