An afternoon retreat with instruction and meditation. People often struggle to maintain a daily practice, and this session is a good opportunity to learn how to energise one’s motivation and diligence.

There will be meditation instruction, practice sessions and time for questions.

Gelong Thubten has been a monk since 1993. During this time he has completed over 200 pairs of Nyung Neys, and more recently has completed a 4 year and 1 year Retreat on Arran. He has had many years experience of the practice and teaching of the Dharma and teaches in many different organisations, such as companies and the NHS, and one does not need to be a Buddhist in order to benefit. We are delighted that Thubten visits us on such a regular basis, with his increasingly busy schedule it is truly a blessing to benefit from his knowledge and experience.

Suggested donation €20 – donations help us to cover the costs of visits and help keep the doors of the Centre open so that as many people as possible may benefit.

Booking recommended – email info@buddhism.ie or call 01 4537427
