Join us for Green Tara practice, led by Ani Yonten.

Green Tara practice helps us overcome inner and outer obstacles, and especially the obstacles of our own fears and self-doubt. Tara is called the Mother of all the Buddhas, as she represents the wisdom that gives birth to enlightenment, the ultimate realisation of a Buddha.
Saturday 17th & Saturday 24th February 10.30am – 12noon (doors open 9.45am)
