Two Weekend Courses

Introduction to Buddhism and the Practice of Dharma, with Ani Yonten

These two week-end-courses over two half-days are for all beginners and newcomers as well as for practitioners with a beginner-mind who take joy in reviewing what they know.

Each day is made up of three parts: a talk, contemplation and a Question and Answer session.

Weekend 1. Saturday 13th January 2pm – 5pm and Sunday 14th January 10.30am – 1pm
Weekend 2. Saturday 27th January 2pm – 5pm and Sunday 28th January 10.30am – 1pm
