Kagyu Samye Dzong Dublin

The essential nature of a buddha or bodhisattva is to embrace the enlightened qualities of the five buddha families – in order to do this one must abandon the five poisons (kleshas) – anger or aggression, ignorance, pride, envy and attachment. As human beings we have all of them!

Each ‘poison’ has it’s ‘antidote’ which we can find through self-examination, by acknowledging our poisons and working to transform them.

All are welcome to join this session each Saturday morning at 10.30am – a chance to delve deep into our emotions and reactions to everyday occurences.

There is no charge for these sessions however donations towards the running costs of the Centre are very welcome.

Please note there will be no session on Saturday 28th January or 4th February – apologies for any inconvenience
