Dear Friends,

We invite you to join us this Saturday 2nd February for a ‘Shower of Blessings’ Tsok practice to celebrate Losar, and to help purify and clear obstacles for the coming New Year of the Female Earth Sow.

This time of the year is especially powerful for practice so we hope that you will come along. This is an offering practice, with offerings of food (vegetarian!), drink (non-alcoholic!), flowers, light and incense are all very welcome. Preparations from 2pm with the practice beginning at 3pm with the light offering, we will then share the food after the practice. All Welcome!
