To celebrate the Tibetan New Year – LOSAR – and to welcome in the year of the Earth Dog, we will do the practice of Tsetar, or Life Release, the most compassionate act one can perform, by libertating animals destined for slaughter. Over the years we have liberated almost 1000 lives and hope to do many more. If you would like to participate in this practice, you can join us at KSD Dublin at 2pm on Saturday 10th February, or at the Pier Howth at 3pm, for liberation at the Bull Wall at 4pm. If you can’t make it but would still like to participate, you can donate to the Animal Release Fund (email info@buddhism.ie or call 01 4537427 for more information)
