We are happy to let you know that Kagyu Samye Dzong Dublin will be opening its doors to the public again on Saturday 4th November. We look forward to welcoming Lama Zangmo from Kagyu Samye Dzong London for this event, and to welcome Ani Yonten from Kagyu Samye Ling to be the resident nun of the Dublin Centre.
The 4th November is Lhabab Duchen, one of the “Wheel Days” in the Tibetan calendar signifying events of great magnitude in the life of the Buddha, and so it is an auspicious day to reopen the centre.
Below is a programme for the weekend of Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th November, consisting of teachings, meditations and prayers. Everyone is welcome to attend all or part, and we look forward to seeing you.

The focus of the teachings on Saturday and Sunday will be the inspiring Dorje Chang Tungma, also called the Short Mahamudra Prayer, which is chanted regularly in all the Kagyu centres. Lama Zangmo will give instructions on the key aspects of the text, including meditation instructions, and look at the lives of some of the Kagyu Masters.
More information about weekly opening times and events will be posted on our website and social media soon.
Looking forward to seeing you,
KSD Dublin
