Saga Dawa Duchen marks the most important and sacred day in the Tibetan Buddhist calendar. The fourth lunar month of Saga Dawa this year starts with the new moon on 31st May and runs until 29th June, and is also the most auspicious month when the merits of wholesome actions are multiplied by a hundred thousand times – take the opportunity to do good and kind things this month!

The full moon day on Tuesday 14th June is Saga Dawa Duchen when we celebrate the Birth, Enlightenment and Parinirvana of the Lord Buddha Shakyamuni. To mark the occasion we will do a light offering at 6.30pm followed by the practice of Chenrezi, to generate compassion for all beings.

All welcome to attend.
