Dear Friends,

As a number of the Sangha including our Umzi and meditation instructor will be attending the Meditation retreat in Samye Ling, there will be a few adjustments to the weekly schedule during the week 7th – 13th October. Please see the following schedule below:

Monday 7th October         Shinay Meditation 6.30pm (1 hour) (no Amitabha puja)

Tuesday 8th October        Beginners Evening 7.30pm

Wednesday 9th October   Chenrezi Puja 6.30pm (no meditation instruction)

Thursday 10th October     Shinay Meditation 6.30pm (45 mins)

Saturday 12th October      Shinay Meditation 12.00 (30 mins) (no White/Green Tara pujas, no meditation instruction or discussion session)
