Simply Meditation Practice Days

with Ani Yonten

This is an opportunity to spend time in silent meditation practice. Getting together with fellow practitioners gives strength and is an ideal environment where those who would like to sit more than they currently do, can be supported by the group endeavour of like-minded meditators.

The emphasis will be on Calm abiding meditation, focusing on the breath. It will be assumed that participants have already had some instructions.

On Full Day Practice Days (Sunday 1st, 15th and 22nd September) there is an opportunity to come to a brief Meditation instruction session at 9.45am – 10.15am please send an email to info@buddhism.ie if you want to come

• The day is made up of multiple meditation sessions.
• Participants are welcome to join in as many sessions as they wish.
• Once a session has started, it is not possible to join. Please do not enter late.
• The sessions are open to all – the only requirement is to arrive before the start of a session!

Each session starts with the Dorje Chang Tungma and ends with a short dedication.
