To celebrate the Wheel day of Lhabab Duchen, one of the four most auspicious dates in the Buddhist calendar when all actions are multiplied many thousands of times, we will do the practice of Tsetar  or Life Release, when we will release animals that were destined to be killed.

This practice was particularly recommended by Akong Rinpoche as a means of purifying karma and generating merit for all sentient beings. It is therefore particularly to do it at this time as we approach the 49th day after his death.

We will meet at KSDD at 1.30pm and from there go to Howth Harbour, meeting at 2.30pm.

All are welcome to join us for this special event – and if you would like to help sponsor the animal release all donations are welcome!
