We are delighted to have Donal back in the Centre, where he will host the next five Tuesday evening sessions beginning on Tuesday 21st January at 7.30pm. Over the five evenings he will present the topic ‘How to suffer successfully’…Buddhist views and practices for living and beyond, to help us come to terms with the human condition with its inherent suffering, why we suffer, is there a point to it, and how can we go beyond it

Donal is a Dublin native who has studied with many of the great Buddhist masters of the modern age. He has undertaken twelve years of strict retreat, is a renowned meditation teacher who is much in demand, so this will be an opportunity to benefit from his many years experience.

All are welcome to attend, whether you are a complete beginner or would like to deepen your meditation practice.

No need to book, just show up. Suggested donation of €10 towards the running costs of the Centre are appreciated.
