We welcome Donal back to Dublin, where he will host three Tuesday evenings, with the theme ‘The Four Noble Truths’ – a short introduction to the essence of Buddhist Philosophy and path. Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

This will be the first in a series of short courses on Buddhist topics which Donal will give over coming months – details will be posted as they are confirmed.

The Four Noble Truths – the existence of suffering, the causes of suffering, the cessation of suffering and the path that leads to the end of suffering – the first teaching given by the Buddha.

Donal Creedon is a Dublin native. He has studied and practiced with Buddhist masters of the Kagyu practice lineage in Europe as well as in India and Nepal. This involved many years of intense retreat. Donal is currently involved in leading retreats in a number of countries.
