What is Buddhism?

Buddhism is a spiritual practice based on the teachings of the Buddha (the Awakened One) who taught methods wBuddhahich enable us to transform ‘who we are’ into ‘who we REALLY are’ (pure and perfect) through the power of Loving Kindness and Compassion, for the benefit of all sentient beings.

The teachings of the Buddha, though ancient, are even more relevant today and are accessible to all, both Buddhist and non-Buddhist.
