    SHINAY (SILENT) MEDITATION 6:30pm – 7:30pm

    First Tuesday of the month

    ‘INTRODUCTION TO BUDDHISM’ 7.30PM – 8.45PM

    (all welcome)

    Second and Third Tuesdays

    MEDITATION/TALKS/READINGS 7:30pm – 8:45pm

    (all welcome, suitable for beginners)

    Last Tuesday of the month

    ‘PURELY MEDITATION’ 7:30pm – 8:45pm

    (no talk, just meditation)

    Suggested donation for Tuesdays: €8 – €12

    ***Please note there will be no Tuesday session 1st August 2017***


  • Wednesday

    CHENREZI PUJA 6:30pm – 7:30pm

    ‘DROP-IN’ MEDITATION CLASSES 7.30PM – 8.45PM

    (Suitable for beginners or anyone who wishes to learn the traditional Buddhist method of meditation, and includes guidance on posture and what to do with your mind – no need to be Buddhist to attend! Please wear loose, comfortable clothing – tight jeans are not good for meditating in! Donations towards the running costs of the Centre are very welcome)

    ***Please note that there will be no Tara practice, Meditation Class or Session on Saturday 9th December***

    GREEN TARA PUJA 9:00am – 10:30am

    MEDITATION CLASSES*** 10:30am – 11:45am

    (Suitable for beginners or anyone who wishes to learn the traditional Buddhist method of meditation and includes guidance on posture and what to do with your mind – no need to be Buddhist to attend!     (A short meditation session suitable for those whom have already received the basic instruction. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing – tight jeans are not suitable for meditating in! Donations towards the running costs of the Centre are very welcome)
