    ‘INTRODUCTION TO BUDDHISM’ 7.30PM – 8.45PM

    (all welcome)

    Second and Third Tuesdays

    MEDITATION/TALKS/READINGS 7:30pm – 8:45pm

    (all welcome, suitable for beginners)

    Last Tuesday of the month

    ‘PURELY MEDITATION’ 7:30pm – 8:45pm

    (no talk, just meditation)

    Suggested donation for Tuesdays: €8 – €12

    CHENREZI PUJA 6:30pm – 7:30pm

    ‘DROP-IN’ MEDITATION CLASSES 7.30PM – 8.45PM ***

    (Suitable for beginners or anyone who wishes to learn the traditional Buddhist method of meditation, and includes guidance on posture and what to do with your mind – no need to be Buddhist to attend! Please wear loose, comfortable clothing – tight jeans are not good for meditating in! Donations towards the running costs of the Centre are very welcome)

    SHINAY (SILENT) MEDITATION 12pm – 12.30pm

    (A short meditation session suitable for those whom have already received the basic instruction. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing – tight jeans are not suitable for meditating in! Donations towards the running costs of the Centre are very welcome)

    ‘ACCEPTING WHERE WE ARE’ 12.30pm -1.30pm

    This session explores the very foundation of our practice, unless we have studied and accepted where we are, there is no way to go beyond. This then enables our practice to go from strength to strength. Open to all, but especially for those who already have experience in meditation.
