Introduction to Buddhism and the Practice of Dharma, Follow-up Course with Ani Yonten

This weekend-course over two half-days  is for those who have done the introduction and wish to deepen their understanding. It is also open to anybody else who is interested in practicing the Dharma.

Each day is made up of three parts: a talk, contemplation and a Question and Answer session.

Saturday 17th February 2pm – 5pm and Sunday 18th February 10.30am – 1pm
