***Event Update – sadly, due to ill health Thubten will be unable to teach this weekend. We are working to find an alternative date for the weekend and will keep you posted. In the meantime we wish Thubten a speedy recovery***

After a long absence we are delighted to welcome back Gelong Thubten, who will give a weekend teaching on how to break the cycle of suffering.

This will include Buddhist teachings on suffering and liberation, how to train in meditation and contemplation, and working with addictions and emotions.

While this weekend will take the Buddhist approach to dealing with suffering, there is no need to be Buddhist to attend, all are welcome to come and benefit.

Saturday 9th September 11am – 4pm

Sunday 10th September 11am – 4pm

Cost €35 per day (includes simple lunch both days) – this is a suggested amount which helps cover the costs of hosting teachers such as Gelong Thubten (flights, travel expenses, food etc) and the running costs of the Centre. If finances are a genuine obstacle please feel free to give whatever you can afford.

To book your place on this weekend please email info@buddhism.ie or call 01 4537427.
