According to the Buddha’s teachings, suffering arises from our negative emotions such as anger, attachment or ignorance.

Of the many methods the Buddha taught to free ourselves from suffering, a practical way is to engage with the opposites of those emotions.

In a three part talk we will explore the antidotes and their effects on the negative emotions.

Mondays 8th April 7pm – 8.30pm
